Ordering pGreen is simple.

1. Decide on the type of vector arrangement you want, and identify the appropriate gene cassettes to clone into pGII0000.
2. Some pGreen vectors are available with marker and selection cassettes already cloned into the HpaI and StuI sites at the LB and RB respectively.

The cost per order for the pGreen vectors and cassettes is £40.00. This can be paid by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
A material transfer agreement form needs to be signed before distribution of any materials.
